This warranty protects the original retail purchaser against covered defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

For customers purchasing a Frontier Forge cap uninstalled and in its original packaging only. Coverage applies only to damage caused before the customer opens the box.

Who Is Covered
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser of a new Frontier Forge aluminum truck cap. It is non-transferable and begins on the original purchase date shown on the sales invoice. Proof of purchase is required.
Products Covered
Coverage applies to Frontier Forge-branded aluminum truck caps and components supplied as part of the original purchase.
Important: Keep your invoice, installation record and product-identification information. They will be needed to support a claim.
What This Warranty Covers
Structural Coverage — 48 Hours
Frontier Forge warrants the aluminum structural frame, shell and factory welds against defects in materials or workmanship that materially impair normal product function.
The issue must be reported within 48 hours after purchase, and the damage or defect must have occurred before the customer picked up the product.
If the customer damages the cap in transit prior to assembly, the warranty is voided.
Component Coverage — 6 Months
Frontier Forge warrants the originally supplied hardware, latches, hinges, handles, locks, fasteners and weather seals against covered manufacturing defects for six months.
Factory-Applied Finish
The factory-applied finish is not covered against peeling, blistering, rusting or adhesion failure. Normal fading, weathering, scratches, chips and damage from road debris or chemicals are not covered.
Installation Workmanship — 3 Months
When Frontier Forge assembles or installs the cap, the workmanship of that assembly or installation is covered for three months.
This coverage does not apply to customer assembly, third-party installation or later alterations.
Water Resistance
Truck caps are weather-resistant, not waterproof.
If a customer pays for professional installation through Frontier Forge, the customer is entitled to a full check of their cap for unreasonable water entry caused by a verified defect in supplied seals or installation workmanship.
Minor seepage, condensation, dust entry, pressure-washing effects and leakage caused by vehicle-bed movement, misalignment or inadequate maintenance are not manufacturing defects.

Our Remedy
After confirming a covered defect, Frontier Forge will, at its option and subject to applicable law, repair the product, supply a replacement part, replace the covered component, or provide another remedy required by law.
Replaced parts become the property of Frontier Forge.
Repair or replacement does not restart the original warranty period. A repaired or replaced item remains covered for the balance of the original period or 90 days from completion of the remedy, whichever is longer.
Costs and Authorization
Frontier Forge must authorize warranty work in advance.
Unauthorized labour, parts, towing, shipping, removal, reinstallation, travel or third-party charges are not reimbursable unless Frontier Forge agrees in writing.
The customer is responsible for making the product reasonably available for inspection. Approved transportation arrangements will be confirmed case by case.
